One of my friend is trying to get an opportunity through skilled workers program in Canada. He is in Toronto now. I read some details regarding this from the website of Matthew Jeffery in Toronto. I would like to know about the procedure to apply. His visitors visa will expire within one month. Is it possible to apply for it from here, or should he go back and apply from his home country?
