Being in europe (italy) for the past 15 year's+ i'm the rightful & go to person when it comes to resolving technical issue like computer,installation and general electronic problem. Also, i'm in collaboration with a non-profit organization over here in rome because i know from first hand experience what every immigrant goes through on a daily basis just to survive especially when they have little or no knowledge of where to go or who to go.
