employment visa poblem

good day, what should i do? if i got an offer letter from the next company where i entrust all of my document to transfer the visa for employment, then that company did not take any legal action for me because just they found out that they doesn't have visa available anymore..and i am already cancelled in my previous visa.? what should i do now? that i have 1week remaining for 1 month grace period after cancellation of my previous visa. thank you!

    hai,

    just 2 months before i came in bahrain for computer progrmmer job. when i came to know that company not providing salary ontime so that i searched new jobs and also i got offer from good company. now i want to cancel my old visa but old employer can not accept my resignation letter and also i have join in new company at 13.04.2014. i donot know what i should i do, can anybody help me...

    Sir.
    I want to know is there is any way to solve my problem ? and from my old sponsor agree to give me any paper or any sign whatever. already he give me no objection latter. they told me if i can transfer my visa they donot have any problem but if cannot i need to go my country and they will give me 200 dinar return. the problem is i dont want money return. i want to stay Bahrain. Please advice me or guide me what i will do now ? Because i cannot trust anybody. maximum people are cheat. weating for your response..............

    Dear Mr.Krish Reddy,
    Please help me about my visa transfer problem. I am now six years working outside like a free visa, because my sponsor cannot give me work regularly and he (my sponsor) didn't make my residence permit now six years. In Lmra my cpr status is" you have confirm absent from the work". Its like runway. Now i find one good job and they want transfer my visa. then i went my old sponsor and told them everything. after that my sponsor agree to relage me but i need to pay them 400 dinar then they will give me all paper and remove my runway complain. I paid them 400 dinar and then they give me some documents but they didn't remove runway complain from the Lmra. For that reason until now i cannot transfer my visa. In this moment i cannot go my country because of financial problem. I need to stay Bahrain and now i am jobless. nobody hyaring me because of my visa problem but i have some job offer they said first clear your Lmra problem (like mobility) then we will transfer you. Please help me how can solve my problem.I will be weating for your good response, please reply me as soon as possible. my email is [...]

    I am presently working in police department of Pakistan as ASSISTANT SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE SINCE 2000 to till now. i want to join POLICE FORCE of BAHRAIN as i heared that i can join if i am member of PAKISTAN POLICE FORCE, can anybody provide me some information that i have what to do in this regrad.

    What should I do if I don't want to renew my contract but my boss told he will put me in a blocked list if I didn't renew? And I checked my visa status now. My legal status:employment is in progress what will I do ma'am/sir maybe he will cancel me as soon as possible or he will make story that I runaway. Cause my visa will expired on 16-June-2014 and I have prob cause all of us we have finger print and signature In a blank paper... Plz help

    Hi Mr. Krish!

    I would just like to ask if how many months a 'local transfer' visa status valid? Is it valid for 3 months? On June 25th my old company gave me a copy of allow local transfer and told me that the next day they will do it in the system. The next day my new company's rep went to lmra to apply for my visa but he was told that my old company did not yet apply it in the system. So he was not able to do so. On july 1, I decided not to continue my job in the new company as i wanted to find new one.. Would you know if i needed to renew my mobility intention application or not anymore. Today is the first month since my old company gave me a copy of that local transfer paper. And my visa is still valid with them.

    I am now 1month jobless since they do this to me. Actually sad to say that almost I did left money allowances for my self since I did not expected this will happen to me. What I had from my previous company is I send it all for buying a land in my country. And now I dont have even to pay my flat now. Is there any law of lmra to apply my case of lossing my job beacuse of what they do to me? I had been almost 6yrs in my previous job. Just I resigned beacuse of there very good promises to all the applicants. I had the offer letter signed by me and the company, it clearly states that I have a 35Bd housing allowance and 20Bd for transportation. Do you think I can demand them out of they let me pending my job instead of letting me to work while the visa if it is on process? Thank you! God will bless you too...

    Actually all of your questioned in 1st and 2nd line of your sentences are already all I am done. Also the lmra mobility intention disk, told me to gave all of my original documents to my next sponsor inorder to transfer direct with out any hazardous or problem. I attemped to apply mobility rigth after 3days of my cancellation of my old visa.But the lmra refused me to have it since I'd aleady had it 2yrs back. Since the rules is you will just have it for once... but he says no need all of this just go your next sponsor and till them apply direct. This what the lmra mobility intention disk told me when I was there at lmra last march 31 2013. So what more do I have to do? Did I done any mistaken in my procedure? I came back yesterday at lmra to report my situation, unfortunately I forgot that it is closed. Now just I had the connection and rigth away I opened and read your reply. Thank you so much for your advice...
