I am completely new to this forum. I have lived in the UK for the last 4 years now but I'd love to relocate to Germany. I just looove this country! I have two sisters in Hamburg so I will probably be moving there. At the moment I am on the lookout for job opportunities for ESL teachers. I heard that there is a shortage of teachers in Germany. I hold university degrees in TESL and English Philology. Also, I have 5 years of experience teaching to adults and children. I'd like to work in a state school. I have started learning German. I understand a little already but there is still a long way to go. I think German has a pretty complex grammar. I will not give up though :) I am happy to do a language swap with somebody. My Polish or English for your German maybe? If anybody has any suggestions where and how to start looking for ESL jobs in Germany PLEASE let me know. I visited a few German websites but I can't understand a lot, let alone apply for a job. Anyway, I am really excited about my plans and I am sure I will be visiting this forum often just to see how other English speaking people are doing in this fantastic country. Take care everybody!
