Hello, I´m 23 , German and looking for a friendly, open and clean woman to rent a flat with me.
I want to move to St. Julians/ Swieqi ... Something next to paceville and the shops but not right in the middle of the nightlife.
I am going to study at ITS, maybe you are also a student, but that is not required...
You should be able to move as soon as possible and your budget should be around 300/350 € since I am looking for something modern...
