Working as a psychology counselor in Dubai?

Hey

I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in psychology from an American university in Lebanon. With this degree, here in Lebanon one can become a ''counselor'' directly after graduating. While to become a therapist or a clinical psychologist one needs to have a master's degree but I am planning to work in Dubai.

How is it in Dubai?

1-Does my BA in psychology allow me to work as a counselor right after graduation? Or I need training for example or further specialization?

2-If I can be a counselor, what type of counselor does my BA permit? Family, marriage, career, educational, mental health?

3-Is it the same in Dubai where I can only work as a counselor with my BA? Or there are other career opportunities too for this degree?

and any ideas about the salaries for a fresh graduate?
