TV PANEL SHOW STAR COMES TO GRANTHAM.

Funhouse Comedy Club brings another great night of laughter to The Guildhall Arts Centre Ballroom, Grantham.

Headlining will be Canadian Bobby Mair, a uniquely talented funnyman, with an unusually appealing mind. His UK move saw him gain instant notoriety as he secured a three day stint opening for his favourite comedian Doug Stanhope at Leicester Square Theatre. He has appeared on BBC2’s Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Ch4’s 8 Out of 10 Cats, BBC3’s Russell Howard’s Good News and Sweat The Small Stuff and was the opening act at the 2014 NME Awards. Once you’ve seen him you won’t forget him!

Support from Irish comedian Martin Mor. Starting out as a circus entertainer he then decided to turn to stand-up. Having supported Frankie Boyle, Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Jasper Carrot, Patrick Kielty, Johnny Vegas, Steve Coogan, and once Tina Turner on Tour he is one of the most popular and well travelled comics on the circuit. His fiery insults often directed at audience members, are accepted with laughter when delivered by this gentle giant of a man.

Completing the line-up will be actor and comedian, the cheeky, warm and lively Marvyn Dickinson, who plays regular roving reporter Phil Thyme in CBBC’s DNN (Definitely Not Newsround) and the clever and funny Rob Coleman whose material ranges from the dark to the ridiculous.

Compere for the night is the energetic and chatty Spiky Mike.
