Yoga in Deerfield Park

Come join us in our nice shady location in Deerfield Park on Sunday, Sept 4, Sept 18, and Oct 2 at 9:30. We will quiet our minds and tune into our senses and bodies. Class is pretty chill with lots of space to just be. Show up as you are, whether you have been practicing to many years or just giving yoga a try for the first time. Yoga is for everyone. Yes, even if you can't touch your toes or have a "yoga body". You are in good company. Meet us at the field to the left of the Veterans Memorial.
