Zootoberfest

San Francisco Zoo and Gardens presents ZootoberFest, its annual fun Fall event that runs weekends October 5 through 27, with lively music, delicious pumpkin-inspired, German fare, craft beers and fun galore. The event's centerpiece is the Harvest Hallow Hay Maze, the biggest hay maze in San Francisco covering over 5,000 square feet. ZOOtoberFest is free with paid Zoo admission. On Saturday and Sunday, October 26 and 27, kids and families can dress up in costume, discover trick or treat stations, participate in a costume parade, and enjoy the annual Boo at the Zoo, featuring pumpkin treats for animals.
