If you want to learn the culture and language, you could also enroll in language or other courses and get a student visa (which even allows limited work - but not enough to earn your full living expenses) or become an Aupair.
Finding a Job in Germany

To find a job, you need to send application letters to suitable employers in the industry you are experienced in.
Keep in mind that you will be at a disadvantage compared to applicants with EU citizenship (who din’t need a visa to work in Germany), thus you should focus on areas where you are better than most EU citizens, or on skills that no or few people here have.
And you must convince the employer that it is in their own interest to hire you - thus explain what you can do for them and how they could gain from it. “Any kind of job” will not do this trick!
Good luck!
