Thanks to our hosts Zalando the #tru carnival is heading back to Berlin. #tru is The Recruiting Unconference, a global series of events that offer something different to anyone working in and around the talent space. A #tru event is designed to encourage conversation between people with shared interests and challenges. We do this by running a day for discussion, without presentations or powerpoint. Participants are offered a series of discussion topics, (called tracks), hosted by a track leader. The track leader has some expertise in the discussion topic, but their role is not to present but to make sure everyone has the opportunity to contribute and challenge the conversation.

Anyone can host a track or propose a topic important or interesting to you. You might be happy to host the conversation as the track leader, or you might want us to host it for you. If you have discussion topics you want adding to the agenda, add the topic when you book your ticket, and if you want to host the track, book a track leader ticket and add a short description, we will schedule a time for you.

The tracks will be split in to four streams, and will last for 45 minutes:
The #tru conversations:

Discussions on topics important to participants. This is the place for conversation on all things from employer branding, the future of recruiting, candidate experience, digital transformation and anything the participants want. We will publish the schedule 1 week prior to the event.

#tru stories
Case studies with a difference. Track leaders share their stories and experience of what they are doing now to attract and hire the best talent. there will be plenty of opportunity to question and understand the lessons from real life.

#TruSourceLab
The #SourceLab is the place to share hacks, tips and tricks for identifying and engaging with talent on-line. This is always a highlight of the #tru events with practical takeaways for immediate action and live sourcing.
