    You can insure if your age between 18-55 years under International insurance act. If you want to insurance you have a permanent residency of europe countries.

    I work for a broker that sells that kind of insurance. Most international insurers offer coverage either world wide or world wide excluding North America/ the US, so Europe would all be included-
    but bear in mind that yes, if you are already an EU citizen covered by your national health service then you can also be covered in other EU countries. That's certainly the case if you are British- you get an E111 form from the post office... etc etc (actually I think it's a card nowadays) Just make sure if you are relocating entirely that you don't accidentally give up the coverage from your original country without signing up in the new country.

    One of the biggest international health insurance providers is BUPA. I haven't tried them personally, but you might want to look at them
