Looking for work, speak english and not shy

Hi,
I am looking for a caregiver. I am in a wheelchair and need help getting dressed. I want someone who speaks english and is from another culture than norway. I am working and live with my wife and child. I have a car available if that is needed.
I dont need help going to the toilet, but I need help cooking and getting dressed
