I just want to ask if really not allowed to send the money from Nepal going to another countries..coz my former boss must send some money for me as my commission..Is it true?

Nepal central bank do not allow any banks, person or organizations to send money abroad. If you have a right document then there is a small procedure that will allow to send money.
