Moving to Kansas

Hi,

I will be soon moving to Kansas city, and i have been trying to find out about what my in hand salary would be? Would be great if some one can please help, my base salary will be 100000 per annum, paid semi monthly.

Also could you please suggest what should be the cost of living for family of 3 in kansas.
