Thanks for your info and moreover is that if we contact the house broker we have to give them some broker charges or they will take it from the landlord and how frequent is the availability of the flats being vacant just clarify.How is the schools for kids aging 3+ & 5+ is there any procedure to get the admission or we can come and admit them directly in the mid of term.
