Exit Rentry Visa with Old Passport Number

Hallo there. Need you assistance.
My Visa was processed with Old Passport Number instead of the New one.
The new passport was updated. I dont know how my sponsor made a mistake to include the old passport numberinstead of new.
Will this cause trouble in my travelling?
