    Yes,…. but it’s a more complicated than that.

    For starters, he used to be one of our operatives.
    We armed and funded the training in Afghanistan against the Russians but after their defeat left the country in shambles but still armed.
    There is actually a great movie documenting this” Wilson’s War” ….if you have a chance to rent or download it, it’s great besides offering much perspective.
