after reading the post I think I'm the luckiest person in Switzerland!
My team mates are really good, taking care of me, as I'm the only foreigner, organizing dinners, drinks, going together to sky on the weekends...I agree that they are sometimes "special", with their own rules, their own behavours, their own culture, but I've found them quite easy-going.
But maybe it's just I'm lucky...
