Hi, look on Google for jobs in your line of work.You could come to nl for 3 months without visa. If you are a Skilled Labour Worker, you could get a working permit.Look at the IND.nl site .
Or apply for a job, if you find one, and see if the company can help you getting a working permit. Good Luck!!
