Its not a total translation but hope this helps you.
It's not macedonaian it's partly slovenian actually. It's stating something about suspicion and you are going home and I look you up via facebook. I don't know where you are from but i say this be careful of foreign men they are posessive and very untrusting. I have had this happen before as well in my travels being a model. Suggestion is find out who you know that speaks this language wherever you are and ask. be safe my friend hope this helps.
